Evolution of G
The nomenclature of the generation generally given by the nature of services, higher peak bit, rate, frequency bands amd compatible transmission technology.Channels frequency bandwidth in Hertz and higher data transfer. New mobile generation output in markets about every ten years.
- Wireless PAN - Personal Area Network
- Wireless LAN - Local Area Network
- Wireless MAN - Metropolitian Area Network
- Wireless WAN - Wide Area Network
- Mobile Access/ Devices Network
0G (Zero Generation Technology)
- Zero generation consist to precall phone mobile telephony or mobile radio telephone. It is being the first generation of cellular telepjhones. They had the transceivers muonted in the vehicle trunk and dials and display mounted near the driver seat.
- Zero generation (0G) technology systens with in Push to Talk [PTT], Mobile Telephone System [MTS], Improved mobile Telephone Services [IMTS] and Advanced Movbile Telephone System [AMTS].
1G (First Generation Technology)
- 1G consist to the First Generation of wireless telecommunication technology. 1G mobile known as Cell Phones. The first move from 1981 Analogue narrow bandwidth. It used with we can have the voice calls. A voice calls gets modulated to a higher frequency of about 150 MHz and it is transmitted between radio communications using a technique that called FDMA.
- 1G Analog telecommunication continued bieng 2G Digital. At the position if cover replaced by 2G Digital telecommunications.
- Anticedent to 1G [First Generation] technology is the mobile radio telephone [0G].
- 1G is the first commercially automated cellular network was launched in Japan by NTT in Tokeyo.
- In 1981, this was followed by the simultaneous launch of the NMT systems in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. 1G network the first mobile communication that featuring International roaming.
2G (Second Generation Technology)
- Approximatly 10 years after the First Generation move from 1981 Analogue to Digital [2G] transmission in 1992. Digital or 2G wireless telephone technology.
- 2G cellular telecom network commercially launched on the GSM standard in Finland by Radiolinja. 2G or Digital Network Telecom provided SMS facilities.
- 2G technology based on TDMA and CDMA. They offered better than 1G more quality of bandwidth, bit, Rate and Capacity
- GSM - TDMA baded the based the first communication network used for Public, originally from Europe but used mostly counties.
2.5G (GPRS) Second and half Generation
- Second and half generation is used to describe 2G system have that hane General Packets Radio Services thats deloyed between predecssor 2G and Successor 3G.
- It does not neccessirty provide faster services because building of timeslots is used for circuit switched data services [HSCSD].
